The key finding of the study conducted by Bradley and his team in the UK on the use of STARTVAC® mastitis vaccine was the reduction in the severity of the mastitis cases:
"We found that STARTVAC® reduced the severity of clinical mastitis. On top of that, it reduced the amount of culling associated with clinical mastitis. Interestingly, it was also related to an increase in milk production", says Director of Quality Milk Management Services Ltd and Clinical Reader in Dairy Production Medicine.
